the boat that they are going to take left 30 minutes ago. so they have to get someone to drive them in their boat to the next spot where the other boat is going to stop. when they get to where they are going they have to get on a train. when they get on a group of indians attack the train. they take the mans friends. they have to get off to save them. the girl chooses to get off with them. the man goes into the woods to save his friends. he doesnt come out until the next day. he saved his friends. they missed the train. a man offers to give them a ride on a sled. it goes as fast as the train does, if not faster. it was an awsome ride.

This story is about a guy named Phileas Fogg. He never goes anywhere. He is always in his house. One day his friends come over to play a card game. He bets them 20,000 pounds of gold that he can go around the world in 80 days. Fogg hires a servant to come along with him. They dont even pack their bags. During the trip a police detective is following them. He suspects that Mr. Fogg robbed a bank a couple years back. Fogg's servant has no idea what Fogg has "done". They get to a city where a girl is about to be killed because she ran away from her prince. She is going to be killed beside her dad. Fogg takes the dad and puts his clothes on hiself. When the girl is layed down he carries her and runs. They get safely away. Later on the detective tells Fogg's servant that Fogg is a bank robber. The servant is now confused.

i just finished this book. at the end the whole team is friends again. they found out that the team manager was the one who painted the shoes and the towel red. the boys didnt care now. they played the rebels in the game to go to the playoffs. in the end they won by one point. the team is going to the playoffs.

this book is about a kid who is one of the best players on his basketball team. in one game he gets a techical foul. his team is unhappy with him. he does not blam it on his sely but on the team. after one practice his teamates shoes are painted red. the teamate blams it on him. after all of this they had a game. he was missing his lucky towel. his team went on to lose the basketball game. in the locker room he found his towel covered in red paint. he is burning with anger!

this story is about a kid named ricky who has diabeties. this is stopping him from playing basketball his friends always play at the neighborhood court. ricky has to ref the games. one day a manj appears at the court. he wants to become their basketball coach. he knows about ricky. he tries to help him play again. he starts by telling him to shoot from the corners. ricky wants to play for this team. he goes to the doctor to ask if he can play basketball again. he said yes only if he gave his self a shot every day. he is clear to play basketball for the team. the season starts and they play good. they end up beating the champs from last year. ricky made at least 2 shots every game.

nancys dad is being kidnapped. his kidnappers are two darker people. one has a crinkled ear. nancy is hunting for them. she finds a cave out in the grass land. she spots a man inspecting her car. it is the man with the crinkled ear. she starts to chase him. the man out runs her. he croses the high way to his car and drives off. nancy tries to take a picture of his lisence plate. she cannot git a clear picture. that is the first clue to where her dad is located. 

nancy is trying to find a hidden place to get to the house. she is looking for secret doors and pasage ways. the ghost robber is not getting in the front door. he has to be getting in through a secret passageway. nancy and helen cannot find a single passage way. they call the police to have a night guard come out to watch the grounds for any intruder. the next day nancy and helen go to the outbuildings to look for a secret way to the house. they do not find anything. nancys dad is coming home soon. her dad calls her and tells her that he will be there a little later then expected. nancy is starting to get worried.

THE HOUSE THAT NANCY IS GOING TO THERE HAS BEEN A ROBBERY. THE ROBBER STOLE A PEARL NECKLACE FROM THE HOUSE. WHEN NANCY GETS THERE SHE IS LOOKING ALL AROUND THE HOUSE FOR CLUES. SHE CANT FIND ANYTHING. NEXT SHE GOES OUTSIDE TO LOOK FOR CLUES. AGAIN SHE DOESENT FIND ANYTHING. NOW NANCY BELIEVES THAT THE ROBBER IS A GHOST. THE ROOM UPSTAIRS IS WHERE THEY BELIEVE THAT THE GHOST IS. AT DINNER NANCY HEARS A STRANGE MUSIC SOUND COMING FROM THE ROOM. SHE GOES UP THERE TO INVETIGATE. THE MUSIC IS COMING FROM THE RADIO. NANCY TELLS THE OWNERS. NOW THEY ARE MORE SCARED THEN BEFORE. NANCY CANT WAIT TO INVESTIGATE ON THE HOUSE MORE.

Nancy can not wait until she goes to investigate the haunted house. she finds out that she might not be able to go because her dad is in great danger. when Nancy gets home she tells her dad that he is in danger. he just laughs. so she asks him if she can go to investigate the haunted house. her dad tells her that she can and to be safe. she will go to investigate on Monday. Nancy and her dad go to the railroad on Sunday to see how it is going. Nancy's dad works on the railroad. when her and her father get out of the car to go down by the railroad when they see a car parked up on a hill. when they turn to walk towards the railroad they star to hear some noises behind them. they turn around and the car is coming straight towards them. they turn and run toward the water and dive in. the car barely misses them. now Nancy's dad is believing that he is great danger.

the first chapter is called the haunted House. Nancy met someone who lived in a haunted house. she is scared. she asked Nancy to go and investigate. Nancy loves haunted houses. so Nancy says she is going to go and investigate. Nancy can not wait. i have only got this far in the book so far. i am willing to finish it. i find it very interesting!

I chose to read a different book because i fell out of interest on the other book. this book is a Nancy drew book. Nancy Drew's books are mysteries. i like to read books on mysteries. in this book there is a mystery about a hidden staircase. i think that the hidden staircase is going to be scary. i would recommend this book to someone who likes to read books on mysteries. i am looking forward to reading The Hidden Staircase.

Rob Hecklinski

Rob Hecklinski was a coach at Anderson high school. Hecklinski has had a liver problem. The doctor says that he needs a liver transplant. The doctor told him to be at the hospital at midnight. He and his wife had to drive 3 hours to the hospital. The transplant was successful. At basketball practice he he has to use a megophone to talk to his players. When he talks it hurts him. He is a really good coach.

This book is about indiana basketball. if you read this book you might not know who theses teams are. bobby night was the coach at indiana. bobby night was one of the most tempered coach in the history of basketball. if you like basketball then you might like this book. all this talks about is bvasketball. it talks about the high schools and collages of indiana. fifteen of the sixteen largest high schools are located in indiana.

i just got done with this book. it was awsome. my favorite part is when the greeks took over troy and set it on fire. i would recomend this to people who like war. i have never heard of the city troy until i read this book. i had no idea that troy was a real city.

the Trojans pushed the Greeks almost back to the black ships. Athene was determined to stop the battle that day. she told hector that he should end the day with a single combat challenge. so the Greeks sent out their champion of their own choice. Menelaus stepped up to the challenge. but his brother would not allow it. so Ajax took his spot after a drawing out of the helmet. nobody won so there army's stepped in and took their guys back. in the battle. both soldiers lost their swords so the battle was ceased.

blackships before troy

The chapter Red Rain is about red blood raining from the sky. the blood from the battlefield is raining down on the remaining soldiers. there are spear warriors, bowman and slingers on the wing. as the one troop rain through the corn field to attack the other group came an attacked also. then the battle began. horses without drivers ran wildly. Agamemnon took a spear to the arm. he fell down and he was heart. his warriors closed in on him in a heartbeat and he was up.

I chose this book because.....

I chose Black Ships Before Troy because the summary on the back was a very interesting summary. It sounds like i will be interested in it. I have heard about the city named Troy before. I think I will be interested in the ancient world of Olympus. I like the character named Achilles. His mom dipped in immortal water when he was young. It covered everything except his heel.

Blackships Before Troy is about a girl named Helen. Helen is sort of a princess. A trogan prince named Paris does not think that he will fall in love with her. so trying to find her love he goes to her country and tries to find her. when he gets there he falls in love with her. Paris tells Helen to follow him back to Troy.
